Covid19 – Coronavirus
The Committee are keeping the situation under regular review and will naturally follow all Government advice as the situation progresses. The current position is that we have cancelled all events this year but we do hope to be able to carry out some trips later in the year. There will be restrictions on any trips we do operate to comply with safeguarding and it is possible that events may be cancelled at short notice.
Whilst the current situation continues and Government guidelines are in place any outings we do manage to organise will be subject to restrictions. It is imperative that seats are prebooked and each Member must book individually. Day Membership will be available for non-members at £5.00 per day. Non-members will only be permitted if there is capacity available after Members have been accommodated. All decisions the Committee take about staging or participating in events, rallies and running days are made considering the best information available at the time. Bookings must be made by email to NTHeritage@talktalk.net or by text to 07816 676 175 giving your name and the date of the trip. Non-members may apply in the same way for a provisional booking. All travel and the conditions to be observed will be notified prior to the day.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PRE-BOOKED AND HAD YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMED YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRAVEL.
Many bus events throughout the Country have been cancelled or rescheduled so if you are planning on attending any please do check that they are going ahead before you travel.
Finally, a big thank you to members who support our events. We hope to be back up and running as soon as restrictions allow and look forward to seeing you then.
